This Month's Minecraft Shenanigans (January 2015)

Hello, fellow Minecrafters and USOOG'ers, and welcome to this month's edition of Minecraft Shenanigans. This will actually be the last of the series, because I felt that I was running out of new things to cover, so this will be a fairly short post covering all of the things The Swedish Tower and I have done over the course of around 19 months of playing Minecraft.

* We used to play an old world that originally came from elsewhere, and over the course of a number of months, we explored throughout the world, and at various locales, I got to try my hand at developing some sorts of villages in various places, the first of which was on a hilly island with the regular players at the time, including the two of us, each having moderate-sized two-storey homes, and various buildings scattered around the island, each serving a different purpose.

* We tried out different mods for Minecraft for some time, including the Mad Pack, the SkyFactory series and Resonant Rise. The Mad Pack was designed to be a challenging mod pack that really tested our ability to survive in even more hostile worlds, while SkyFactory had us start out with a single oak tree on a dirt block in a void world, and gradually work our way up to producing a range of other materials and stuff

* We also tried out Mineplex, a highly popular server that specialises in a wide range of multiplayer games, ranging from Castle Siege and Snake, to Block Hunt and Super Paintball, along with various survival-style games.

And that's all from the whole series, so thank you to all who have been reading the blog posts in the past year and a half or so, and see you all in our Minecraft worlds!
